Since 1995, Dr. Hirschauer has been instrumental in helping patients at The Bonati Institute find relief from pain. As Director of the Pain Management Department, he is responsible for assisting Dr. Bonati in determining pain-alleviating methods and treatments for each patient.
A native of Des Moines, Iowa, Dr. Hirschauer received his Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota State University and his medical degree from the University of Osteopathic Medicine and Health Sciences in Des Moines. Dr. Hirschauer completed his residency in Anesthesiology at the world-renowned University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital Program.
Dr. Hirschauer is a Diplomate of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners. He has board certifications in Anesthesiology and Pain Management.
He is also a member of several state and national professional and honor societies, and is a Medical Advisor to several health care corporate boards.
As a Commander in the United States Navy Medical Corps, Dr. Hirschauer continues to serve his country proudly.
Dr. Larry M. Perish - Board Certified Ophthalmic Surgeon, Dr. Larry Perich was born and raised in Warren, Ohio. After Graduation from Warren Western Reserve High School, Dr. Perich Attended the University of Southern California. He completed his undergraduate studies Cum Laude with a major in Biochemistry and was awarded the Bachelor in Science Degree.
Dr. Perich continued his education at the Chicago College of Osteopathy where he received the degree of Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. Following medical school, Dr. Perich completed a Rotating Internship at Suncoast Hospital in Largo, Florida and participated in an Ophthalmic Basic Science Training Course at Herman Eye Center, University of Texas, Houston. He then went on to become Resident of Ophthalmology at Grand Rapids Osteopathic Hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
In practice since 1983, Dr. Perich has five medical eye centers. Two of which include well-appointed, State-of-the-Art surgical facilities. These two facilities are, Seven Springs Surgery Center, located at 2024 Seven Springs Boulevard, New Port Richey, FL and the Tampa Bay Surgery Center, located at 11811 North Dale Mabry, Tampa, Florida. His additional offices are located in Spring Hill, Zephyrhills and Ocala.
Dr. Perich is Board Certified in Ophthalmology and holds Professional Memberships in the AOA, The American Academy of Ophthalmology and OCOO. Dr. Perich's has had numerous awards bestowed upon him including a second-year award from Town and Country Medical Center for highest volume outpatient surgery performed. Recognized internationally as a leader in the field of excimer laser surgery, Dr. Perich is also a notable expert in no-stitch cataract surgery and the development of new multi-focal intra ocular lens implants and cosmetic laser procedures.
Rick Mershon Chief Information Officer, Rick Mershon brings over 25 years of Managerial and technology experience. Having worked on every type of computer system from Mainframe computers to handheld devices, he has been in the forefront of the technological changes that have altered the business and personal landscape for all of us. As a leader in the technology industry he has led teams of professionals creating systems for clients like Visa, VHA and Cold Water Creek. By building teams of top IT and business professionals he has been able to deliver on the needs of the business and create opportunities through the strategic use of IT to enable the business, vendors and clients to collaborate and become more than the sum of their parts. With a driving passion for technology and the ability to communicate ideas into non-technical jargon he helps to create the synergy between technology, business and users.
Jeff Hillyer - Content Director, Jeff Hillyer started his career in the graphics and design field. He began with doing product design and advertising for all of the major sports franchises including NFL, NHL, MLB, NBA, NASCAR, and all of the Collegiate teams. During this time, he also worked with Paramount Pictures, Star Trek, and Beanie Babies on similar products and advertising. Jeff's career took him into the multimedia realm when he signed on to do hand-drawn 2D animation for Disney and Mattel's video game My Interactive Winnie the Pooh. Jeff has also done
2D animation and support for other video games such as Detective Barbie, Big Bird, and Hot Wheels.
His career started to veer more towards interactive media as he began to develop web-based applications and games. He developed an award winning eLearning application called the Advanced Learning Platform (ALP) for Intelladon. The ALP has been used by some very prestigious Fortune 500 companies for their employee.
Jeff has experience in helping companies get off the ground. He helped to start a company called Loop, which specializes in automated notifications for the automobile industry. Majority of car dealerships across the country use AutoLoop, Loop's main application, for their customer communications. The company faces enterprise-level challenges every day and has since tripled in size.
Jeff's is also an accomplished filmmaker. He has done everything from producing multiple short and feature films to doing special effects. He was one of the top 200 contestants out of thousands on Project Greenlight, a film competition started by Matt Damon, Ben Affleck, and LivePlanet. Jeff has also attended and graduated Dov SS Simens' 2-Day Film School, the same film program that launched the Producing and Directing careers of Quinton Tarantino, Guy Ritchie, Will Smith, and many others.
Jeff combined his knowledge of the film industry and technology to create the first web-based film scheduling application to be combined the features of a social network and the integration of a cast and crew database system called FilmRally.
David A. Perich, David Perich serves as Vice-President- Sales and Marketing for Luxurious Lifestyles Limited. As such, Mr. Perich is responsible for orchestrating all phases of advertising, promotions, and sales programs. This includes the day-to-day operational management of Luxurious Lifestyles Limited, the corporate entity specializing in the Fractional Yacht Ownership Program. David's tenacious enthusiasm is a necessity in the service of high-profile corporate clients.
David has served as President and CEO of Advanced Photographic Concepts (APC), since it's inception in 1988. APC provides multimedia services ranging from video-motivational modules, PowerPoint presentations, interactive CD's to photography and video production.
Mr. Perich has an extensive background in sales and marketing, specializing in "Creative Concept & Design" for clients of Westin-Innisbrook Resort and Saddlebrook Golf & Tennis Resort. He is also entrusted by both resorts to work directly with their corporate clients in creating and overseeing large-scale multi-media events. He was utilized as a consultant in their pre-conference meetings for conceptual design for upcoming sales meetings. Over the past sixteen plus years, he has provided services to 300-400 corporate clients per year.
In 1999, David Perich founded the broadcast production company Zero Gravity providing commercials and television production for clients that range from the travel community to the healthcare industry.

David studied at the Ohio Institute of Photography in Dayton, and completed advanced studies at the Winona School of Professional Photography in Winona Lakes, Indiana. David served as an instructor at Kent State University and has held the position of Vice President for Toastmasters International.
David lives in Plant City, Florida with his wife, Lynne. They have two daughters and two grandchildren. His hobbies include: tennis, target shooting, golf, yachting and travel.
